Day 5 – Lay Day Fun
The forecast rang true for day 5 of the Blue Palawan International Kiteboard Open bringing sunny skies and calm air. But there was still plenty of fun to be had as riders sped through the jungle canopy via zip line and made a special sort of new friend at a nearby ranch.
While the competitors have enjoyed exploring the local sites, everyone is excited for the change in weather expected to come through Monday afternoon. Looking ahead, organizers anticipate resuming competition tomorrow starting with Features then finishing the Kickers and Freestyle disciplines Tuesday.

Previsioni azzeccate in pieno per il giorno 5 del Blu Palawan International Kiteboarding Open, sole e zero vento! I riders non si sono comunque fatti mancare il divertimento, scivolando a tutta velocità sulla zip line del parco nella giungla e facendo nuove “amicizie” in un ranch vicino. Mentre i riders passavano il tempo nell’esplorazione dei dintorni, l’attenzione è tutta nel cambiamento delle previsioni, previsto già da oggi pomeriggio. Guardando al futuro, gli organizzatori sperano di riprendere oggi le competizioni, terminando anche la disciplina del kicker e mettendo in calendario il freestyle per martedì.
